We started Memphis Consulting LLC because we believed local businesses deserved better — better strategy, better guidance, and a partner who actually knows this state.
Why we exist
Memphis Consulting LLC was founded in 2012 by a team of marketing and business strategists who grew up here, built businesses here, and watched too many great local companies struggle — not because they lacked talent or drive, but because they lacked access to the kind of strategic guidance that larger companies take for granted.
We set out to change that. Our approach is simple: we listen first, then we build a plan that fits your business, your budget, and your community. No cookie-cutter strategies. No out-of-state consultants who fly in for a day and disappear. Just honest, practical guidance from people who are invested in Minnesota the same way you are.
